Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

General Conditions

  • The appearance of threads is normal and does not indicate a defect in quality (threads are a natural part of the product).

  • To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags.

  • For refunds and exchanges, customers must provide proof of purchase.

  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for customized Abayas.

  • We do not offer returns, except in cases of incorrect orders or measurement errors.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are only available if the product is defective or not as described.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of the item being received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the seller is at fault (e.g., wrong item delivered).

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours only if there is an issue with measurements or quality. In such cases, we will replace or fix the product.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for standard-size abayas for any item of equal or lesser value. If the customer chooses an abaya of higher value, they will only need to pay the difference in price. Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges are also allowed for defective items or if the wrong size or Abaya was delivered. Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Customized or personalized abayas are not eligible for exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective or does not match the order specifications.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are final.

  • Customized Abayas cannot be canceled or refunded after the order is placed.

Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

  • Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returned items. The seller is not responsible for lost returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If a product is defective or not as described, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The seller will arrange for the defective item to be returned and either replaced or refunded, depending on the customer’s preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Abayas and items purchased during final sale periods are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Final Note

By placing an order, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above. The seller reserves the right to change this policy at any time, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
