The appearance of threads is normal and does not indicate a defect in quality (threads are a natural part of the product).
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags.
For refunds and exchanges, customers must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges are not available for customized Abayas.
We do not offer returns, except in cases of incorrect orders or measurement errors.
Refunds are only available if the product is defective or not as described.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of the item being received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the seller is at fault (e.g., wrong item delivered).
Exchanges are also allowed for defective items or if the wrong size or Abaya was delivered. Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are final.
Customized Abayas cannot be canceled or refunded after the order is placed.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returned items. The seller is not responsible for lost returns.
If a product is defective or not as described, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The seller will arrange for the defective item to be returned and either replaced or refunded, depending on the customer’s preference.
Customized Abayas and items purchased during final sale periods are not eligible for returns or refunds.
